MGM Prep and Ship LLC is a third party logistics (3PL) warehouse in Billings, Montana, specializing in prep services for online arbitrage and wholesale sellers. We support sellers operating through Amazon FBA, FBM, and Walmart WFS, with services designed to help manage inventory received from online retailers and wholesale suppliers. Our commercial warehouse features a loading dock, forklifts, and pallet jacks to accommodate a range of inventory and shipment sizes.

As a locally owned small business, MGM Prep and Ship takes a hands on approach to client service. Our small team allows for direct communication, personal attention, and clear accountability throughout the prep process. We work with sellers at different stages of growth, from online arbitrage sellers managing purchases from multiple retailers to wholesale sellers handling larger inventory shipments.

Clear communication from start to finish.

We believe clear communication is essential to a successful prep center relationship. You’ll communicate directly with our team through email, text, or WhatsApp, with clear expectations established before work begins. We keep you informed as inventory arrives, communicate any discrepencies or damage identified during receiving, and coordinate shipment preparation, shipping labels, and invoicing. Our goal is to keep you informed about your inventory and ensure you know what to expect at every stage of the process.
