How to start business with you?
Send us a text/WhatsApp message or email. You will receive our welcome email with instructions including a paypal link for our one time registration fee of $75.
How to pay? Am I charged monthly?
Your first 3 shipments are due upfront, we need to establish trust with a new client. We bill per shipment, every shipment you will receive an email with an invoice and a payment link. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payment schedules can be discussed for specific types of sellers. We invoice through PayPal, reach out to us if PayPal isn’t an option for you.
What’s the turnaround time of your prep center?
Standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours. This can be affected by size of the shipment, and busy seasons like Q4. You will be updated on progress and if there are delays.
Is there a minimum quantity required?
No.
Can you accept pallet loads and wholesale sizes?
Yes, we have a commercial address with a loading dock, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
*Once a product has left our warehouse MGM Prep and Ship LLC cannot be held liable for any damage or product loss that may occur during transit to Amazon hubs and or the product destination.
